We pack all orders with care and use insured shipping. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace or refund it. Claims are valid for defective or damaged items only and must be initiated within 30 days. Follow these steps to start a claim:

  • Picture of the box exterior (barcode visible)
  • Picture(s) of the box interior (packing materials included)

How do I return a product if I’m not satisfied?

At IndochinaLight, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can notify us within 30 days to arrange a return. Items must be in their original packaging and undamaged. Returns are at your expense, and we'll process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the item. Refunds cover the purchase price, excluding the initial shipping costs.

You can request an exchange within 14 business days and return the item in its original, undamaged packaging. The cost of returning the item and shipping the new one is your responsibility.

When will an out-of-stock pendant light be available again?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order will be go in to production and cannot be cancel or changed.
