Our typical processing time, which includes crafting and packaging, spans 3-5 days for normal orders and 7 days for large orders before shipment. If you place a large order, please allow over one week for processing to ensure that every item meets our quality standards. Our products are carefully created in the Phu Vinh craft village in Vietnam and are then dispatched from our warehouses in China, the UK, or the US. This network helps reduce delivery time and shipping costs so that you may see shipments originating from any of these locations.
Prices listed on our website do not include shipping fees. These costs are calculated at checkout, based on the weight and dimensions of your package. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart before completing your order.
The shipping fee varies based on the size of your order and the delivery address. We also offer a free-shipping policy based on order value:
- 👉 Orders above 200$: Free shipping worldwide.
- 👉 Orders from $0 to 200$: Shipping cost capped at $20.

At IndochinaLight, delivery time is calculated as the sum of processing time and shipping time. Our estimated delivery dates depend on the time required to prepare your order and the transit time based on your location.
For instance, if you order a pendant lamp, it typically takes 3-5 days to process and 20-30 days for shipping. Thus, the total expected delivery window is 23-35 business days.

We also offer expedited shipping through FedEx or DHL for faster delivery. Additional charges apply for these services. If you would like to arrange expedited shipping, please reach out to us directly.
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time frames, occasional delays can occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or local holidays. However, over 99% of our orders are delivered on time. If your order is delayed beyond the expected date, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue with the postal service within 2 business days.
How can I track my package?
Once your package is shipped, we will send a tracking number directly to your email. You can monitor the progress of your shipment by viewing order details in the Track My Order section of our website. Alternatively, use the provided shipping number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. We process returns and refunds only for items that are faulty or damaged. To initiate a return, please contact us with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Upon review, we can arrange a replacement or refund.
