The light is absolutely beautiful but the medium color shows strongly orange. I will not use in kitchen but will use in bedroom. Decided not to try the lightest color which may have worked
Decided on the 19 inch Yujidao to complete our recent coastal dining room refresh. The plain white color makes the room feel a whole lot brighter during the daytime. It hung perfectly straight right out of the cardboard box. The size is exactly right to center over a standard six person table. This was a very solid purchase for our home.
I was looking for something large but not visually heavy for my main bedroom. This 23 inch Yujidao is absolutely perfect for the spot. The white bamboo matches all my colorful boho decor and potted plants perfectly. The bell shape drops down just enough over the bed without getting in the way. I had a friend help me wire it since I completely hate messing with electricity. I am super happy with the final end result.
Hung the 31 inch Junita directly above a large round booth in my restaurant. It fits the whole rustic interior aesthetic perfectly. The wide design spreads the light out nicely so it isn't blinding my customers while they eat. It is honestly much better quality than I originally expected. I might order another one for the other dark corner soon.
I specifically wanted a vintage look for our master bedroom and this was exactly it. The 39 inch Junita takes up a lot of visual space in a really good way. The natural rattan weave is consistent and not weirdly colored at all. It took a little bit to balance the internal wires so it hung perfectly straight. Overall I am really happy with how it turned out. I would absolutely buy it again.
Wasn't entirely sure if a cone shape would work but it actually does. The 19 inch Carter looks great in our casual farmhouse dining space. It gives a lot of direct light downward onto the table for late night board games. The woven wicker material feels very tough and rigid. Highly recommend it if you just want a standard good looking hanging light.
I originally bought this for the front seating area of my cafe. The massive 31 inch size covers a lot of empty ceiling space perfectly. Customers actually comment on the Carter light pretty often when they wait in line. It definitely adds to the relaxed coastal vibe we want to project. It came with all the right mounting hardware too. Really glad I found it online instead of overpaying at a local store.
Hanging this was annoying because our ceiling is so high but that isn't the actual light's fault. The 23 inch Selma looks genuinely great in the main living room now. It matches my colorful boho rugs and tan couch perfectly. I really like how wide the hat shape is compared to a regular standard light fixture. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting something casual.
We needed new coastal lighting for our kitchen island recently. I grabbed a pair of the 15 inch Selmas on a whim. They block some of the harsh glare from the light bulbs which is really nice while cooking dinners. Wiring was basic standard stuff that anyone can easily figure out. Very happy we went with these instead of those standard glass domes everyone has.
I have a lot of old 70s furniture in the living room right now. The Dari fits right in with it like it belongs there. The teardrop design lets a lot of light through so the space isn't too dark at night. Getting the wire straight took a minute but otherwise the setup was totally fine. It looks exactly like the pictures online and feels solid.
Needed a small light for a corner reading nook in the bedroom. This little Dari is great for exactly that. The natural rattan has that unfinished wabi sabi look I really wanted to try. Cord length was totally fine for our standard eight foot ceilings. I put a smart bulb in it to change the brightness directly from my phone. Good purchase all around and I highly recommend it if you just need a simple accent.
We live near the beach and this coastal look is exactly right. Put the Archer over the kitchen island. The rattan is good quality and not flimsy at all. It took my husband maybe twenty minutes to wire it up. Very happy with how it turned out.
Swapped out an old ugly glass thing for this. The black Archer dome is exactly what the hallway needed right now. It fits the rustic vibe of our cabin so well. I bought the smallest one at 15 inches and the shipping was surprisingly fast. I am definitely getting another one for the other end of the hall soon. Really glad I bought it instead of going with standard metal fixtures.
Put the Style C lantern in a dark corner of my living room. It is quite tall and thin so it fits perfectly. The wabi-sabi silk texture looks nice when you turn the light on. Wiring it into the ceiling took me half an hour. I really enjoy the atmosphere it creates at night.
I actually bought two of Style B instead of the full set. They look great spaced out above the kitchen island. The beige color hides dust better than white would. Having a wabi-sabi kitchen is tricky but these lanterns definitely help. Very fast delivery from IndochinaLight too.
Most people use glass over an island but I tried this instead. The white Tense Cloud really softens the look of the kitchen. It is completely different from normal lights. My husband was skeptical but he likes it now. The silk diffuses the bulb perfectly.
This is a massive fixture that really demands attention. The 31.5 inch Tense Cloud hangs above my dining room table now and fills the empty space. Everyone who comes over points it out immediately. The wabi-sabi style is exactly what I wanted for this specific room remodel. Dusting it might be annoying later but the material feels durable enough to wipe down. I am very pleased with this purchase.
Hooked up the smallest Ellie Straw Hat over my desk today. The zen-style look helps keep the room calm. It blocks the glare of the bulb so I don't get headaches while reading. Very lightweight and easy to mount. Would definitely recommend for small corners.
Our stairwell has a huge ceiling so we needed something substantial. The Ellie pendant in the wave cone shape fills the empty space perfectly. It has a rustic appearance that matches our wood stairs. Wiring was standard. The three bulbs provide plenty of light for the steps.
We needed an organic modern light above our dining table. The Blue Rattan light delivered. The blue paint on the material doesn't flake off when you touch it. It throws a neat pattern on the walls when it is dark outside. Highly recommend grabbing this specific size.
Put the small Courtland pendant in the corner of my bedroom. I like minimalist stuff and this fits right in. The blue is a nice touch instead of the usual brown rattan. Turns on and off with no issues.
My wife picked out this Boho Basket for our dining room remodel. It definitely has a strong vintage feel to it. The installation instructions were clear enough to follow alone without an electrician. Glad it turned out exactly like the pictures online.
The natural rattan color on this is very even across the whole fixture. I bought the Karjearl pendant because I wanted a farmhouse look for the main room. It does the job well and holds up. The basket shape lets out enough light without blinding you when you sit on the couch watching tv. Box arrived undamaged too which is always a relief with fragile things. I am satisfied with the final result.
I replaced an old metal chandelier with this Bell Wicker light. The rustic vibe is way better for the dining room. I used a warm bulb and it casts decent light on the table. The rattan isn't frayed at all... which happens a lot with these things. Good purchase overall.
Needed something basic for a dark hallway that connects the bedrooms. The small Allen and Roth pendant works fine for that space. It is very minimalist and doesn't get in the way of the doors when they open. Hanging it took me maybe twenty minutes tops since the wiring was simple. The material feels solid enough for the price we paid. Would buy another one for the upstairs hall soon!
