However, in rare cases, issues such as defects, transit damage, or order errors may occur. When that happens, we are committed to providing fair and timely solutions, including replacements or refunds where applicable.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, including:

  • Shipping address changes

  • Product size, color, or variant changes

  • Order cancellation

Once an order has entered production, processing, or shipment, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

Cancellation requests are typically reviewed within a few business days, and you will be notified of the outcome via email.


Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy worldwide, starting from the date you receive your order (or the final item in your shipment, if delivered separately).

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Unless the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an error made by IndochinaLight, customers are responsible for:

  • Purchasing the return shipping label

  • Paying all return shipping costs

  • Covering any applicable customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees related to the return

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Eligible Return Reasons

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item arrives damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item significantly differs from its description

  • The order arrives significantly later than the estimated delivery timeframe

Returns due to change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference may be accepted at our discretion, provided the item is returned in eligible condition.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund, the item must:

  • Be unused and in resalable condition

  • Include all original packaging, parts, and accessories

  • Be free from scratches, damage, or alterations

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the outer shipping box with label visible

  • Photos of internal packaging materials

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipment and purchasing their own return shipping label unless the issue is due to a defect, damage, or error caused by IndochinaLight.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Send a replacement item

  • Offer a partial or full refund

  • Reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (if applicable)

We may request supporting photos before approving a claim.

Reports submitted after the stated period may not be eligible for compensation, replacement, or refund.


Lost Orders

If the shipping carrier confirms your order is lost in transit, we will:

  • Reship the order at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

We ensure all lost shipment cases are handled fairly and promptly.


Exchanges & Replacements

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by IndochinaLight

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Replacement delivery times may vary depending on destination and availability


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • Shipping damage

  • An incorrect item sent by IndochinaLight

  • Or otherwise required by applicable law


Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.

European Union Right of Withdrawal (Where Applicable)

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws.

This applies only to EU customers.

You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the final item, without providing any reason.

Exceptions
