Spence Rattan Pendant Light

We bought two of the smaller Spence lights for our kitchen island. Both arrived matching in shade and weave density. Wiring instructions were clear and easy to follow for someone with basic DIY skills. They look balanced above our counter and provide functional task lighting. Glad we bought these.

The Spence pendant is solidly made and has a clean, functional shape. The natural rattan has no synthetic coating and feels very authentic. It hung straight immediately without any tilting or need for readjustment. It illuminates our dining table nicely without causing glare. A well-engineered lighting piece.

The wave shape is different from standard domes so it gets a lot of compliments from people sitting under them. Dusting the natural rattan might be annoying later but that is whatever.
They give off a really warm ambient light when it gets dark outside.
Would definitely buy these again.

The weaving is surprisingly tight and they don't look flimsy at all. They were packed nicely and the cords were easy to adjust to the right length. Just really happy with how they look in the space.

Okay this 27.5 inch Spence pendant is absolutely massive in person but I love it. I wanted a huge focal point for my boho living room with high ceilings. The wave design is super unique and the natural rattan feels thick and durable. It arrived pretty fast and the box was well packed so nothing was bent. Finding the right bulb took a minute because it's so deep inside the shade. Honestly a really good deal for the size you get.

Picked up the 15.7" Spence light for our guest bedroom. It adds a nice coastal touch without feeling too cheap or basic like some others. The natural rattan is pretty consistent in color and looks good even when turned off. It casts a nice shadow pattern on the ceiling at night.

The box arrived missing the two main screws needed for the ceiling plate. I had to drive to the hardware store to buy my own matching screws. That was definitely annoying for the price we paid. Once it was up the massive white wave shape looked great in our coastal living room. It takes up a lot of visual space without feeling heavy or blocking the view. Happy with the final product despite the missing parts.
